•         You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

•         Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees for international orders, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

•         Risk of loss and title for items pass to you once the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

9. Jewelry Care and Warranty Disclaimer

To keep your jewelry looking its best, we recommend that you:

•         Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, exercising or sleeping, unless the product is specifically described as water resistant.

•         Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, hair products, cleaning chemicals and harsh substances.

•         Store each piece separately in a dry place, ideally in the pouch or box it came in.

•         Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

Fashion and plated jewelry can naturally fade, tarnish or lose some of its finish over time depending on skin chemistry, environment and how it is worn and cared for. Normal wear and tear, and damage caused by misuse, accidents or lack of care, is not considered a product defect. If you have sensitive skin or known metal allergies, please check the materials listed in the product description before purchase.
